Wakiso District Woman Mp, Betty Ethel Naluyima requests Parliament to consider funding of Wakiso District roads

I have requested Parliament to consider funding of Wakiso District rds since they are to reduce the traffic jam of Kampala.This was during the debate on the Statement of KCCA rds.I cited the need to fully fund Wakiso roads like: Nakawuka, Busabala, Kiteezi and others
