US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said today that the US cannot confirm Russian accusations that Ukraine, in a drone attack, tried to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin.Asked if the US would criticize the Ukrainian authorities if it decided to retaliate against Russian territory, Blinken said that it is Ukraine that should make decisions about how to defend itself.
