Police in Soroti, under the orders of the RCC Peter Pex Paak blocked the belated Women’s Day celebration in the district. “They were not ready for the parade,” Paak claims. Cecilia Ogwal who was the day’s Chief guest was also blocked from meeting the RCC over the issue.
